Community Memorialisation Project videos are a part of the Mobile Memory Museum – It’s About Time

The Memorymap video archive is a founding exhibit within the travelling history museum, developed by the GIZ and initially curated by Radhika Hettiarachchi. The first exhibition took place in 1-10th February 2019 in Moratuwa, and will continue to travel the country for three years.

The Community Memorialisation Project, exhibited some stories from the Memorymap Archive and shared learnings from the project at a panel discussion with Mona Dave from National Endowment for Democracy, Michael Shipler from Search for Common Ground and the Memorymap Curator/Founder, Radhika Hettiarachchi.
